1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Payment must be received before order processing. We accept Flutterwave (card), bank transfer (OPay, Moniepoint, Access Bank), POS, and cash on delivery (PH & Enugu only).

2. Delivery

Delivery within Port Harcourt & Enugu takes 24-48 hours. Other states take 3-7 business days. Free delivery on orders above ₦1,000,000 in PH & Enugu.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.

4. Warranty

All products come with the official manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product (typically 12-24 months).

5. Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement are binding.
